LUKE MOLLOY FIRST TEAM MANAGER
Our first team manager, Luke, has dedicated 16 years to coaching and managing football. He is a UEFA-qualified coach who initially gained experience running a youth girls' team in Stevenage, leading them to become the most successful girls’ team in the county. Under his guidance, they secured three national titles, six county cups, eight league titles, eight league cups, and a remarkable 113 tournament victories. Luke has also managed a girls' center known as HADC, during which time he scouted for Tottenham Women’s U21 team. He later transitioned to senior football, where he achieved notable success, finishing as runners-up and reaching two county cup finals. Luke’s passion lies in developing players to advance to the next level while promoting what he refers to as "eye-catching" football.

MICHAEL FRANCIS HEAD COACH/ANALYST
Michael is a UEFA C licensed coach with over 10 years of coaching experience. He has developed significant expertise in training both youth and adult athletes, with a primary focus on nurturing and enhancing the skills of young players. Currently, he leads our U16 girls' team and serves as the coach for our women's first team. In recent years, Michael has successfully guided several players from the youth team to compete at the Eastern region level.
Additionally, he plays a pivotal role in mentoring emerging coaches who are new to the field of coaching and management. In his current role, Michael is also responsible for overseeing Veo analysis while continuing to coach the team.

NEIL FOWLER 1st TEAM COACH
Neil joins after a successful time as a MK Dons Coach and brings a wealth of knowledge even at a very young age

WAYNE UPTON FITNESS & TEAM COACH
Wayne, our coach, has dedicated over 12 years to Dunstable Town FC, guiding players at all levels of the team. He has been involved with development centers, Wildcats for girls, and even coached the first-team men’s squad under the direction of the late Gareth Jackson. Wayne is passionate about nurturing players to reach their full potential, supporting their growth both on and off the field. He began his coaching journey at the club after suffering an ACL and MCL injury while playing for the reserves.
